Bio and Professional Experience
Mr. Nogueira has extensive experience as both a corporate executive
and consultant in accounting and several areas of business administration:
general management, finances, organization, human resources,
marketing and security and loss prevention.
Henrique has made a career at Eastman Kodak Company in Brazil
for over 40 years in numerous capacities such as: Accounting
Assistant, Chief Accounting Dept., Assistant Office Manager,
Office Manager, Staff Assistant to Management, Distribution
Manager, Customer Equipment Service Manager. He retired in June
1985 as Marketing Director of Commercial and Industrial Products.
From July 1985 to Feb. 1988 worked as volunteer for the Democratic
Social Party in São Paulo, Brazil and was responsible
for the logistics of the campaign of Dr. Paulo Maluf for Governor
of the State.
For three years (1988-1991) Henrique worked as Human Resources
Director for the1.500-employee Revlon in Brazil (CEIL), per
president invitation. His duties included personnel administration,
selection and recruitment, salaries and benefits, medical and
dental dept. and the company’s restaurant.
In 1995 he decided to move to Orlando with his family, where
he worked as consultant for Sunflower Day Care Center, being
instrumental to the building construction process, organization
and implementation of the business, operational since 1997.
Mr. Nogueira was Resident Manager for the 620+ room Grosvenor
Resort from 1998 to 2006, being responsible for policy decisions,
deputy general manager and resolution of the guest concerns
Henrique’s is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and his
after-hours interests include playing tennis and travelling.
He is married to Helena, a Day Care co-owner, and has two children.
